FutureLearn to host those from the world of product at London JAM event
FutureLearn will be hosting their first JAM event: Product at FutureLearn: Transforming Education, Thursday, 15th June 2017. JAM’s ‘Show & Tell’ event takes place on a monthly basis, sharing stories behind the most exciting and interesting companies in London. The events give people the chance to tell the story behind great products, gathering people who are passionate about building them. Their London-based events enable designers, engineers, product managers and more to share their experiences, challenges and successes.
This month, FutureLearn’s Chief Product Officer, Matt Walton, alongside other members of the product management team, will be talking about how FutureLearn’s teams work with universities all over the world to make education more accessible, flexible and enjoyable. They’ll also give a flavour of how best practice web design is blended with social learning pedagogy, as well as share insight on their ‘freemium business model’. Their stories will be followed by Q&A and the chance to network with others in the field.
