Six brand new free online courses are now live on FutureLearn and ready for you to join, while many previous courses are getting ready to run again. Here’s our quick guide to them all.
Crime, Justice and Society
Explore the role of the state and criminal justice interventions in producing safe and just societies, with this course from The University of Sheffield.

Maths for Humans: Linear, Quadratic & Inverse Relations
This course – the first on FutureLearn from UNSW Australia – will help you strengthen your algebra, geometry and thinking skills.
You’ll learn about the maths behind real-world relations, looking at linear, quadratic, inverse and power relationships, over four weeks.

ECG Assessment: an Introduction for Healthcare Providers
This two-week course is suitable for existing healthcare providers, including qualified and student nurses, paramedics and support workers.
You’ll be guided through a step-by-step approach to undertaking the ECG test and explore the principles of electrocardiography with experts from St George’s, University of London.

You’ll read six of his fairy tales with experts from the HC Andersen Center – an internationally renowned research institution located in the writer’s birthplace, Odense.

Gravity! From the Big Bang to Black Holes
This course – the first on FutureLearn from Université Paris Diderot – explores Einstein’s theory of relativity in a simple manner.
